The General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded Tracer ES&T the following contract to provide Environmental Advisory Services to the federal government:

Under this contracting vehicle, all hourly labor rates for services rendered have been approved and documented. Capabilities include:

• Air Quality Permitting, Auditing, and Monitoring
• Process Safety Management and Risk Management Programs
• Air, Storm Water and Hazardous Materials Permitting
• Regulation Compliance and Compliance Audits
• Dispersion Modeling Studies
• Emissions Inventory Development and Verification
• Health Risk Assessments
• Pollutant and/or Odor Sourcing Studies
• Meteorological Data Systems
• Monitoring, Recordkeeping and Reporting (MRR) Systems
• Regulatory Compliance Reporting and Data Management Systems

Tracer ES&T has a long history of working with government agencies on specialized, highly technical studies, as well as performing recurrent contracts. Following the completion of an innovative pioneer air study, an evaluation by the Department of Energy indicated that Tracer ES&T's levels of dedication to quality, client satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness are among the best in the nation. Four categories were distinguished, with ratings ranging from unsatisfactory to outstanding. The categories of Quality of Product or Service, Cost Control, and Timeliness of Performance received the highest rating of outstanding. The remaining category, Business Relations, was given a score of excellent.
