Ms. Pyle is the Program Manager of the Risk Management and Safety Project Group with an area of concentration in the risk analysis and permitting areas. Internally, these responsibilities include outlining project budgets, organizing staff schedules, and ensuring a quality project is delivered. Ms. Pyle has:

  • Served as lead engineer on many projects involving the preparation of over three hundred Risk Management Programs, Process Safety Management Programs, and CalARP Programs and has been key in the development of the Risk and Safety program at Tracer.
  • Assisted facilities by applying vast experience to creating new ideas and innovative methods for managing and implementing risk programs.
  • Established herself as an expert with experience in all aspects of preparing a risk program and has specialized in risk programs for chemical processes developed Process Safety Management Programs (PSM) for industry in compliance with OSHA's 1910.119 regulation.
  • Participated in Hazard and Operability Studies, performing various functions, such as serving as team leader, quality control, or recorder, preparing qualitative risk assessments, and conducting off-site consequence analyses.
  • Acted as compliance audit leader for safety and PSM/RMP compliance audits.
  • Worked closely with numerous field personnel in order to produce accurate plant descriptions and flow diagrams for the required permitting documentation.
  • Experienced with document preparation for Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPA), ensuring presented materials is at or exceeding expected quality levels and maintaining excellent working relationships with these agencies.
  • Active member of the Refrigeration Engineers and Technicians Association (RETA), International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR) and American Water Works Association (AWWA).

Aside from her extremely busy project schedule, Ms. Pyle has also participated in training sessions and given numerous presentations for various industry groups.
